BACE ByLaws

Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes are a written record of the discussions, decisions, and actions taken during a meeting. They serve as an official documentation of what occurred during the meeting, providing a summary of key points, outcomes, and any follow-up actions.

403B Enrollment

A 403(b) is a type of retirement savings plan available to employees of certain tax-exempt organizations, public schools, and certain religious institutions in the United States. It is similar to a 401(k) plan, which is available to employees of private-sector companies, but a 403(b) plan is designed for employees of specific non-profit and governmental employers.

Salary Schedule

A salary schedule is a structured framework used by employers, particularly in organizations like schools, government agencies, or large institutions, to determine how much employees will be paid based on specific criteria. It outlines the salary levels or pay rates for various positions within the organization and often includes factors such as experience, education, tenure, or job title.

Micro Credentials

A micro-credential is a short, competency-based recognition that allows an educator to demonstrate mastery in a particular area such as Trauma Informed Pedagogy, Bully Free Schools, or English Language Learners.

PD Reimbursements

BACE is offering reimbursement up to $500 per school year to its members. This money is to help our members take classes or micro credentials to help them perform better in their current positions. We will grant reimbursement for up to 6 months prior to those dates as long as you have met all the requirements we have set forth. It is
first come first served.
